- Your device model and system version.
- Your Matrix version, the view you were using and whether an assistant service was involved.
- What you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened.
Please leave out passwords, access keys, and private records about other people. If we need a file, we’ll suggest a safe way to share it.
Common questions
What does The Matrix show?
It brings together local project updates, completed steps, remaining work and checks. An older update is a saved report, not proof that a task is still running.
Does it include an AI model?
No. You can use the local work overview without a model. Assistant requests need the selected service or local model to be set up separately.
Does choosing a file upload it?
Choosing a file for guide matching uses its filename. A prepared request may include its location. Review the request and destination before starting an assistant; that assistant’s tools and permissions govern access to the document.
Why does a guide say it needs setup?
A guide may depend on a missing local file, an external service or an account. Open its setup details before trying the workflow. A ready guide is not a guarantee that every step has been tested.
Can I download it now?
The Matrix is currently a private Mac edition. There is no public download or announced release date.
