Keep a clear view of what is happening, what is finished and what still needs attention. The Matrix brings local work records and workflow guides into one Mac companion.
Browse active tasks, recent updates, completed steps and remaining work. Older updates are marked so you can distinguish a saved report from current activity.
Search your installed guides for writing, research, software and other work. Check which local resources are ready and which need a service or further setup.
Describe a task, optionally choose a file, and prepare a request for an assistant. Review the selected destination before starting; each service needs its own setup and permissions.
Open the records behind a task’s checks. Reported completion and verified results remain distinct, with source changes and missing information made visible.
The work overview and guide matching run locally. Choosing an online assistant can send the request text and included file details to that service. Local model use needs a separately installed model and compatible service; The Matrix does not include an AI model.
The Matrix 0.6.2 is a private Mac edition for Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later. Public downloads and a release date have not been announced.
