For setup questions, workspace problems, or feedback, send a note through the press contact form.

What to include

Use “Frame and Forge support” as the subject. Tell me what you were trying to do, what happened, and which version of the app and macOS you use.

Please leave out passwords, connection keys, client records, financial details, and unredacted screenshots. If a file is needed, I’ll help you choose a safe way to share it.

Your workspace

Keep a backup before moving a workspace or updating the app. A workspace administrator can help with account access and permissions. Removing the app does not remove a workspace stored in a separate folder.

Use “Frame and Forge privacy” as the subject for questions about information handled by the app. Read the privacy policy for details.
