Use “Education Compass support” as the subject. Describe the tool or reference you were using, what you expected, and what happened.

Please leave out student records, grades, account passwords, institutional access tokens, and identifying information about anyone receiving support.

For official degree evaluations, enrollment decisions, deadlines, or access to a campus account, contact the responsible institution. Education Compass helps with reference and preparation; it does not make institutional decisions.
